Ashlea has also worked as a special education teacher and an educational consultant conducting trainings for teachers, administrators, and paraprofessionals on topics like inclusive practices, co-teaching, behavior, autism, and other topics throughout public schools in western Pennsylvania. Toni Mild is an assistant professor in the Special Education Department at Slippery Rock University.
